Advanced Colour Calibration and Management Workshop
Colour management in cinema and advertising
This 15-hour workshop is designed by OUTLABS TRAINING and is aimed at professionals in the audiovisual sector interested in delving into colour management and monitor calibration. We will have specialists from the sector who will lay the foundations to carry out the necessary workflows in both digital cinema, television and Internet projects.
Technical colour management materials, grade 1 monitors, calibration probes and advanced measurement equipment will be used.
We propose a series of techniques and instructions that lead to more specific cases from colour management on platforms to new dynamics in HDR and ACES.

Objectives
- Understand all the concepts that concern the colour management process in order to carry out the appropriate calibration of all the elements of the audiovisual chain. - Learn the different levels of calibration: from bars on the monitor or other manual systems to the highest accuracy levels. - Understand the difference between matching monitors to each other and calibrating to a standard (such as Rec709). Be able to carry out complex colour design from camera to mastering.
